As part of a broader business and real estate strategy, Spinal Life sought to expand and maximise the value and opportunity of their business, including their property at 109 Logan Road, Woolloongabba. A core requirement of the project was to identify and obtain approval for the highest and best use and development potential of their wholly owned property.
BSPN in partnership with Place Design Group, has secured development approval for a striking 20-storey residential tower, offering a diverse range of apartment types to meet the growing demand for housing options near Brisbane’s city centre. The ground floor will feature food and beverage tenancies and a lush, shaded streetscape, enhancing the public realm and contributing to the vibrancy of South Brisbane.
The building’s massing is strategically split to reduce the visual impact of its long façade. This thoughtful design maximises passive ventilation and natural light, creating optimal indoor living spaces and breathable outdoor areas, including balconies and corridors. Residents will enjoy expansive views of the CBD, Gabba Stadium, and surrounding green spaces from all sides of the tower.
